Princeton Place... the good life is waiting!
My husband and I have lived at Princeton Place Apartments since May of 2008. When we moved in, we only planned to stay here for 1 year. And yet here we are, just having signed our 10th lease. We've stayed because, for a place that's within a mile of the Marietta Square, even closer to Kennestone Hospital, and next to a major highway, it's fairly quiet and very peaceful. The layout of the apartments means that the only common wall is between the kitchens and bathrooms, so very little noise from that direction. The neighbors are nice, and with a few exceptions over the years, just as dull and boring as we are. And we all like it that way
After a number of managers (at least 5 or 6 before the current one), we are quite happy with the new management and maintenance teams. Green and Maria in the office have always taken care of any problems we have in a timely manner, with kindness and humor, and the maintenance guys are the best we've had in 10 years. Also, we were excited that the recent management company change a year or so ago brought a commitment to environmental issues that had been sadly missing before. Like new lo-flow toilets, faucets, and showerheads. And finally - a recycling program! And the new management company is more reasonable about some of the rules of the complex, too. As in leaving the pool open year round, instead of it only being open from Memorial to Labor Day. This is the South, and it's swimming weather almost all year.
All in all a good place to live, with good people working here. Or we wouldn't have stayed 10 minutes, much less 10 years
